This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

breakfast- coffee, kashi bar lunch- tomato soup snack-bag of chips, banana bread, raspberries dinner- salmon with panko topping, caesar salad, a raw veggie salad that the kids made with peas, beans and carrots snack- raspberries with whipped cream
