Sihing Kichko - Aug.29th

Aug.29th
Breakfast: 1/3 cup oatmeal, soya milk, raisins, ½ cup chai latte
Lunch: egg whites, cheese, rye bread toasted, chai tea (no latte)
Supper: roast chicken club, fries and apple juice (all but the apple juice was from Arby’s)
