This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

Sihing Kichko - Aug.29th
Aug.29th Breakfast: 1/3 cup oatmeal, soya milk, raisins, ½ cup chai latte Lunch: egg whites, cheese, rye bread toasted, chai tea (no latte) Supper: roast chicken club, fries and apple juice (all but the apple juice was from Arby’s)
