Sihing Kichko - Aug 28th

Aug.28th
Breakfast: ½ cup cottage cheese, raspberries (no time for chai, I’m off to the kwoon)
Snack: Nectarine
Lunch: whole wheat pita, ½ tomatoe, cheese, cucumber
Snack: banana, now I have time for that chai
Supper: potatoe, salmon, salad, apple juice
