- 2 whole wheat buns with chicken, tomato, cheese
- 2 cups of water
- 3 crab apples
Supper
- 2 average sized pieces of homemade loaded pizza
- 2 cups of water
18:00 - 1 cup of water
19:30 - 1 cup of water, 5 crab apples
21:30 - bowl of raisin bran cereal with milk, cup of water
