Sifu Regier - August 22nd and 23rd

August 22ndBold

Breakfast
  • 2 pieces of toast with peanut butter
  • watermelon, honey dew and a couple wedges of orange
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 cup of latte

Lunch

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of chile
  • 1 whole wheat bun

Supper

  • all beef hotdog on whole wheat with saurkraut
  • potatoes
  • 2 cups of water

22:00 - herbal tea (caffeine free)

August 23rd

Breakfast

  • 2 pieces of rye toast with peanut butter
  • bowl of raisin bran
  • 3 cups of water

Lunch

  • 2 whole wheat buns with chicken, tomato, cheese
  • 2 cups of water
  • 3 crab apples

Supper

  • 2 average sized pieces of homemade loaded pizza
  • 2 cups of water

18:00 - 1 cup of water

19:30 - 1 cup of water, 5 crab apples

21:30 - bowl of raisin bran cereal with milk, cup of water
