Sifu Regier - August 18th and 19th

August 18th
Breakfast
  • 4 cups of water first thing in the morning (replenish)
  • bowl of raisin bran cereal
  • 2 crab apples
  • 1 cup of latte
  • 1 bagel with just peanut butter

11:00 - 1 cup of water

Lunch on the bike trails of Kananaskis

  • 1 bun with black forest ham, lettuce, pickle and cheddar cheese
  • small can of V8
  • 28g bag of nachos
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 cookie

Supper

  • meatballs
  • potato casserole
  • one piece of grandma's homemade pie with freshly picked raspberries and rhubarb

21:00 - crab apples and 3 cups of water

August 19th (Our 15th year Wedding Anniversary)

Breakfast

  • 3 cups of water
  • crab apples
  • 1 cup of latte
  • breakfast casserole (eggs, grated potato, green onions, sprinkle of cheddar cheese)

11:00 - cup of water

Lunch at Calaway Park

  • handful of carrots
  • cup of water
  • 1 hot dog without any condiments
  • 1/2 an ice cream cone

Supper

  • 2 bowls of homemade vegetable soup
  • 1/2 a bun without butter or margarine
  • 1/2 a piece of Grandma's pie
  • 1 cup of juice
  • 2 cups of water

20:30 - 2 cups of water

21:00 - At the movie theatre (split a medium popcorn - with just a dash of butter, split a water and split a small package of Nibs (Alana's weakness).
