Lunch on the bike trails of Kananaskis
- 1 bun with black forest ham, lettuce, pickle and cheddar cheese
- small can of V8
- 28g bag of nachos
- 1 liter of water
- 1 cookie
Supper
- meatballs
- potato casserole
- one piece of grandma's homemade pie with freshly picked raspberries and rhubarb
21:00 - crab apples and 3 cups of water
August 19th (Our 15th year Wedding Anniversary)
Breakfast
- 3 cups of water
- crab apples
- 1 cup of latte
- breakfast casserole (eggs, grated potato, green onions, sprinkle of cheddar cheese)
11:00 - cup of water
Lunch at Calaway Park
- handful of carrots
- cup of water
- 1 hot dog without any condiments
- 1/2 an ice cream cone
Supper
- 2 bowls of homemade vegetable soup
- 1/2 a bun without butter or margarine
- 1/2 a piece of Grandma's pie
- 1 cup of juice
- 2 cups of water
20:30 - 2 cups of water
21:00 - At the movie theatre (split a medium popcorn - with just a dash of butter, split a water and split a small package of Nibs (Alana's weakness).
