This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

Fresh squeezed orange. Bannana, yogurt. Steamed, fresh green beans from garden, 2 peices of chicken. Apple, yogurt. Scattered evening; 2 peices of bread on the way out the door. Hot chocolate and 2 tim hortons cookies on the way home.
