Sihing Kichko - Aug.22nd

Aug.22nd
Breakfast: 1/3 cup oatmeal, raisins, soya milk
Lunch: tomatoe and cheese on rye, carrots and peas from the garden, apple juice
Snack: Nectarine
Supper: Chicken breast, French fries, salad, apple juice
Snack: Popcorn, 5 pces of licorice (fresh)
Water: 5 litres
I forgot to mention that I had ½ of a chocolate bar on Friday night, it was delicious.
