Sifu Regier - August 24th and 25th

August 24th
Breakfast
  • bowl of raisin bran with milk (always 1%M.F.)
  • 3 cups of water
  • 2 crab apples
  • 1.5 cups of watery coffee

11:00 - 1 cup of water

Lunch

  • 2 average sized pieces of homemade loaded pizza
  • 1 cup of water
  • a few raw carrots
  • 3 crab apples

14:00 - 1 cup of water

Supper

  • 3 cups of water
  • salmon wrap
  • banana

21:00 - 2 cups of water

August 25th

Breakfast

  • 3 cups of water
  • 2 scrambled eggs, 3 pieces of bacon, 2 beef sausages, one waffle
  • 1 coffee

Lunch

  • turkey and cheese on multigrain bread/ no spreads
  • raisin bran muffin
  • banana
  • cup of water

17:00 - 3 cups of water

Supper

  • salmon wrap
  • 3 cups of peach herbal tea
  • 2 cups of water
  • couple raw carrots

22:00 - I will be having a couple cups of water in the late evening.
