- 2 average sized pieces of homemade loaded pizza
- 1 cup of water
- a few raw carrots
- 3 crab apples
14:00 - 1 cup of water
Supper
- 3 cups of water
- salmon wrap
- banana
21:00 - 2 cups of water
August 25th
Breakfast
- 3 cups of water
- 2 scrambled eggs, 3 pieces of bacon, 2 beef sausages, one waffle
- 1 coffee
Lunch
- turkey and cheese on multigrain bread/ no spreads
- raisin bran muffin
- banana
- cup of water
17:00 - 3 cups of water
Supper
- salmon wrap
- 3 cups of peach herbal tea
- 2 cups of water
- couple raw carrots
22:00 - I will be having a couple cups of water in the late evening.
