Sihing Kichko - Aug.17th

Aug.17th
Breakfast: ½ cup cottage cheese, raspberries, chai latte
Lunch: Whole wheat pita, cheese, tomatoe, cucumber, peas, ½ cup grapes
Snack: nectarine, apple
Supper: salmon, corn, potatoe, salad, apple juice
Water: 4 litres
