breakfast- coffee, kashi bar, a few veggies here and there in the garden
lunch- toasted tomato sandwich on whole wheat
snack- plum, cherry tomato salad, piece of zuchini loaf
dinner- turkey lasagna with whole wheat noodles, last of the garden lettuce
snack- popcorn and one cookie fresh from the oven, i really couldn't resist. It wanted me to eat it.
