Sherri Donohue Days 20-22

Day 20, August 20, 2010

I apologize for being late with the posting. I was on the road and our laptop decided to function with half of the keyboard and the other half on-screen. Pain in the katukus! Now I am home with a solid umbilical cord to the net and a full working keyboard so it's catch-up time.

Dietary restriction: dairy allergy with no tolerance to dairy in any form
Dietary goal: 50% or more of food consumed is raw.

Water consumed throughout the day.

Breakfast:bacon and tomato sandwich, almond milk latte with a splash of Kahlua, green smoothie made from spinach, banana, nectarine, and strawberries

Lunch: (driving food) 1 pepperoni stick, carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, green grapes

Snack: about 12 peanut butter pretzel sandwiches
Snack again: 2 coconut-lime cookies (raw) and 1 oatmeal-raisin cookie (raw), 1/2 Wonka Cherry Kazoozle

Supper: Mom-made hamburger soup with crackers, cherries

Breakfast: green smoothie made from spinach, banana, nectarine, and strawberries, fried egg sandwich with 1/ 1/2 eggs, almond milk latte with a splash of Kahlua

Lunch: (driving food again): pepperoni stick, carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, green grapes, 2 bite brownie, oatmeal-raisin cookie (raw)

Snack: 3/4 of a Kimball popcorn ball

Supper; hamburger with hotdog relish

Water consumed throughout the day.

Breakfast: almond milk latte, about 6 peanut butter pretzel sandwiches

Lunch: 1 1/2 vegan waffles with dairy-free margarine and maple syrup

Snack: congo bar (raw), green grapes

Supper;2 vegan blueberry pancakes with maple syrup, pork garlic sausage (our own), nectarine, glass of White Zinfandel
