Sifu Regier - August 29th

Breakfast
  • bowl of raisin bran with banana and 1% milk
  • 3 cups of water
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • 3 super thin slices of bacon
  • large glass of apple juice
  • 1 lage herbal tea

11:30 - 2 pieces of leftover pizza, 1 peach, 3 cups of water

14:00 - Second lunch / early supper

  • real turkey (not processed) on whole wheat
  • small bowl of chicken noodle soup
  • 3 cups of water
  • 2 scoups of mashed potatoes with gravel

18:00 - bran muffin, banana, 1 slice of multigrain bread with cheese and black forest ham, 3 cups of herbal tea

22:00 - 1 cup of water
