Sihing Kichko - Aug 16th

Aug.16
Breakfast: ½ cup cottage cheese, raspberries, chai latte
Lunch: chicken breast, whole wheat pita, ¼ tomatoe, cucumber, carrot
Snack: Banana
2nd Snack: Nachos and cheese (fat free cheese)
Supper: Chicken, yam, raw veggies, apple juice
Water: 6 litres
