breakfast- coffee, 2 pancakes
snack-2 very juicy plums, kashi bar, cherries
lunch- ate out- croqu madame sandwich, fries
dinner- pan fried chicken breast, cucumber and tomato salad with feta cheese, naan bread
snack- coffee, 3 smores, 2 squares chocolate
