Sifu Regier - August 30th

Breakfast
  • bowl of raisin bran with banana and 1% milk
  • large glass of orange juice
  • 1- 75ml container of low fat blackberry yogurt
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • 2 hash browns
  • 3 pieces of super thin bacon
  • 3 cups of water

09:00 - cup of water

Lunch @ 14:00

  • blackforest ham/ cheese on multigrain bread
  • bran muffin
  • cup of water

Supper @ 18:30

  • noodles with meat sauce
  • garden salad
  • cup of orange juice and water
