breakfast- coffee, kashi bar
snack- 2 plums
lunch- whole wheat sandwich with cheese and salami, 1 piece banana bread, grapes
snack- brown rice crackers with blue cheese, kashi bar
dinner- ate really late... hot wings with carrots, peppers, mushrooms, celery and dip
raspberries and cream for dessert.
Will be camping the next few days, see you guys thursday
