Breakfast: ½ cup cottage cheese, raspberries, chai latte
Snack: grapes
Lunch: cheese and turkey sandwich, water
Snack: Apple
Supper: Turkey burger(whole wheat weight watchers bread), salad, ½ potatoe
Snack: popcorn
Water: 4 litres
