sifu robertson: aug 27-29th

I was hiking in 'merica for the weekend, so the focus was on trail foods and such.

aug 27th
Frosted flakes with milk for breakfast. Plus some blueberries.

Sandwich for lunch. Mushrooms, peppers and cheese.

Breaded mushroom things for dinner.

Can of Drank before bed. It's a relaxation drink, just full of herbs and roots that make you relaxed and sleepy. Perfect for going to bed at 10. Kind of sugary though.

aug 28th
Apple and granola bar for breakfast. Twix bar in the car.

Trail bar and sandwich for lunch: cheese and tofurkey slice.

Granola bar on the hike.

Curry and a trail bar for dinner. Surprisingly good for a freeze dried meal.

aug 29th
Apple and trail bar for breakfast.

Granola bar on the trail.

Sandwich before leaving.

Pancakes, eggs and hash browns from IHOP for a proper lunch.

Beans and crackers for dinner.

A ton of water consumed.
