Snack: Banana, chai latte
Lunch: chicken breast, 2 pces. Rye bread toasted, peas and carrots from the garden
Snack: grapes
Supper: whole wheat pita pizza made with pesto sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms and pineapple and low fat mozzarella cheese
Water: 5 litres
