Sihing Kichko -Aug,15th

Aug.15
Breakfast: ½ cup cottage cheese, raspberries, chai tea
Snack: banana
Lunch: Chicken and Brie sandwich, Caesar salad ( no croutons and no dressing)
Supper: chicken, potatoe, garden salad
Snack: Bran muffin, grapes
2nd Snack: Nachos and cheese and sour cream (eaten off the tray while standing, I am pretty sure that the calories didn’t stick)
