lunch- 2 toasted tomato sandwiches (garden tomato 100% whole wheat bread)
snack- toast with peanut butter, 1 plum
dinner- chicken stew with garden potaotes & carrots, cherry tomatoes, garlic toast
snack- shared nachos with Andy
