Breakfast: ½ cup cottage cheese, raspberries, chai latte
Lunch: egg whites, cheese, carrots, whole wheat pita, apple juice
Snack: nectarine
Supper: Salmon, fries, root beer
Snack: Shared ½ bag of chips and a chocolate bar
Water: 5 litres
Not the best day of eating, I have no great excuse, I just made some poor choices.
