Breakfast: 1/3 cup oatmeal, raisins, soya milk, chai latte
Lunch: tuna pita from extreme pita and apple juice
Supper: salmon, fresh potatoes, salad, apple juice
Water: 3 litres
I also helped Katie finish her Dilly Bar before it melted, I don’t think the calories count in this case, as a mother, I had to help.
