This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

Sifu Brinker - Day 20
Yogurt and banana for breakfast.
Whole wheat chicken wrap with cheese and cucumber for lunch with zucchini bread
Vegetable stir fry for supper consisting of beans, chow mein noodles, and tofu.
