This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

Sifu Prince: Day 28
17:30 - Supper/Breakfast: Lasagna (w ground turkey - whole wheat pasta), Ceasar salad (last stuff from the garden), water
20:00 - Green tea and a few almonds
21:30 - coffee and zucchini loaf
00:45 - cut-up pineapple - water
05:00 - veggies - garden carrots and green peppers
