This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

Sifu Brinker - Day 23
Not sure why I keep forgetting to enter my data before falling asleep lately.
Taught the morning class today so breakfast was rushed and consisted of a banana washed down with a litre of water.
Lunch consisted of a whole wheat lettuce, cheese, and cucumber wrap and zucchini bread.
