Sifu Regier - August 21st

Breakfast
  • 2 cups of water
  • grapes, water melon, honey dew
  • large cup of herbal tea
  • 1 and a half english muffins with ham and cheddar cheese

lunch

  • bowl of noodle soup
  • grilled cheese sandwich
  • 2 cups of water

supper

  • spagetti and meat sauce
  • caesar salad
  • piece of dessert (homemade square)
  • 3 cups of water

20:00 - 3/4's of a light beer

21:00 - herbal tea
