Claire Finnamore - Thursday August 19, 2010

Cereal with blueberries.
Peach, yogurt.
Cheese on toast, spicy black bean soup.
Peach.
Subway omelete sandwich, chips, cranberry juice.
Hot Chocolate, butter croissant.
Note: Hot water 6:30am - Noon: usually stop counting at 4 - 5 cups and then I usually have one cup hot water in the after noon, and then when excercise in evening, lots of cold water.
