This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

Sifu Brinker - Day 30
Back at work so I'm back on a routine for the first time in 8 weeks.
Breakfast - yogurt with an apple and two bananas mixed in.
Lunch - lettuce, spinach, and cheese whole wheat wrap, with peas and watermelon.
Supper - vegetarian thin crust pizza and banana bread.
