Dietary restriction: dairy allergy with no tolerance to dairy in any form
Dietary goal: 50% or more of food consumed is raw.
Water consumed throughout the day.
Breakfast: almond milk latte, green smoothie made from spinach, banana, and strawberries, 2 slices 12 grain toast with peanut butter and honey
Lunch: salami cucumber sandwich, my green raw soup, 2 date cookies
Snack: about 1/3 cup candied walnuts (raw), green smoothie with banana, strawberries, spinach, and blueberries
Supper: ham, 5 potato and onion perogy with dairy-free margarine and bacon bits, peach tomato, 3 squares of Polish Malagar chocolate with dark raisins

Breakfast: green smoothie made from spinach, banana, blueberries, and strawberries, 2 slices 12 grain toast with peanut butter and honey, almond milk latte
Snack: congo bar
Lunch: salami cucumber sandwich, slice of sourdough with dairy-free margarine
Snack: cherries, a few Junior Mints from the melted blob
Supper; 2 bowls of sauerkraut soup with crackers, very small piece of strawberry non-diary "cheesecake" (raw)
Snack: decent bowl of white popcorn with dairy-free margarine and sea salt. 1/4 Rickards Red
