This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

08:00: Toast w/Peanut butter, milk, cofee
10:30: A plum and some grapes, water
14:00: 2 salami sandwiches - 1 piece of banana bread, water
16:30: 2 Kashi bars, blueberries
21:00: wings, veggies and dip, copious amounts of water
