Breakfast: ½ cup cottage cheese, strawberries and grapes, chai latte
Lunch: tomatoe and cheese on rye bread, nectarine, apple juice
Snack: cheese and nachos
Supper: stir fried veggies (broccoli, zucchini, carrots, mushrooms) and noodles, rye bread toasted
Snack: ice cream, chocolate sauce and fresh raspberries in a waffle bowl
2nd Snack: banana and muffin
Water: 5 litres
So here is an interesting bit of psychology, I had a terrible day of eating, wanted to eat everything in sight and did not once considering writing it down and posting it. I only remembered this morning when I started recording today’s food. HMMMM……..
