breakfast- coffee, kashi bar
snack- banana, kashi bar
lunch- sandwich on whole wheat, salami, cheese, pickle
snack- banana, brown rice crackers with blue cheese, mr. noodle
dinner- whole wheat quesadilla with chicken, tomatoes, green onions, feta cheese
snack- crackers and cheese again, milk chocolate with hazelnuts bar
I eat a lot on my work days because of the physical nature of my job. Not having groceries in the house really limits my healthy choices, as you can see above. Time to replenish the pantry.
