Sifu Regier - August 26th

Breakfast
  • bowl of raisin bran with a banana and milk
  • 1 scrambled egg
  • 3 pieces of bacon
  • large glass of apple juice
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1-75ml container of low fat yogurt

Lunch

  • peach
  • chicken and cheese on multigrain bread/ no spreads
  • couple raw carrots
  • bran muffin
  • cup of water

Supper - What can I say, but the truth...I must add that better than 10% of the cost of my meal went towards MS research.

  • A&W - papa burger (double)
  • fries
  • rootbeer

Back to my room - raw carrots and water

Evening snack will be a banana at about 20:00 and a couple more cups of water
