- bowl of raisin bran with a banana and milk
- 1 scrambled egg
- 3 pieces of bacon
- large glass of apple juice
- 3 cups of water
- 1-75ml container of low fat yogurt
Lunch
- peach
- chicken and cheese on multigrain bread/ no spreads
- couple raw carrots
- bran muffin
- cup of water
Supper - What can I say, but the truth...I must add that better than 10% of the cost of my meal went towards MS research.
- A&W - papa burger (double)
- fries
- rootbeer
Back to my room - raw carrots and water
Evening snack will be a banana at about 20:00 and a couple more cups of water
