Sifu Regier - August 16th

Breakfast
  • 2 English muffins with poached eggs and cheese
  • 3 cups of water
  • 2 crab apples
  • 1 cup of watery coffee

Lunch

  • 3 cups of water
  • 4 crab apples
  • 1 beef sandwich with pickles

17:00 (priot to kung fu) - protein supplement drink, 2 cups of water, handful of almonds.

Supper

  • homemade meatball sub
  • 5 crab apples
  • 2 cups of water

21:00 - 2 cups of water
