I'm trying to remember what I ate yesterday, never mind Sunday. Its harder than I thought it would be...
Sunday-
I think I had a cookie in the morning, white chocolate and some kind of nut. Good start, eh? Oh, and two cups of coffee.
For lunch I had chicken and lemon grass stir fry.
Nick and I didn't have supper- we were working in the garage until about 11, when a few friends showed up. I had a beer while visiting with them.
Monday-
Two cups of coffee in the morning.
I had the last piece of saskatoon pie and half a cup of blueberries for a snack, or it could be considered breakfast.
Late lunch consisted of half a strip loin steak, half a cup of long grain and wild rice, and a handful of raw garden carrots.
Supper was Ichiban noodles. Yum.
Today-
A BLT bagel (whole wheat) and two cups coffee for breaky.
A ham, cheese and sprout sandwich (whole wheat) & a small fresh fruit salad for lunch. Oh, and cranberry juice.
A Non-fat frozen yogurt with blackberries for a snack.
A small taco salad for supper.
I do believe I'm an opportunistic eater- I eat what I can when I can. Lunch today was at 2pm, supper at 7pm. I hate eating late, and sadly 7 can almost be described as early. I do the best I can, trying to make the healthier choice when I have the choice.
I think this will be a good month long exercise. I can maybe see the bigger picture after documenting my food for a month.
