snack-banana, 1 cup strawberries, kashi bar
lunch- sandwich on whole wheat- salami, cheese, pickle, lettuce mustard and an apple
snack- kashi bar, 1/2 cup cottage cheese and a tomato
dinner- 1 baked salmon fillet with panko crumb top, garden tomatoes and cucumber salad with feta cheese
snack- 1 cup strawberries with cream, I had a handful of jelly beans somewhere in there too.
Today I realized I eat a lot of granola bars when I'm at work, I'll have to find something better to replace them.
