sifu robertson: aug 3rd

Bagel sandwich for breakfast. With cheese, egg, spinach and tomato. Instead of a B.E.L.T. it was a B.E.S.T. Water with it.

I started a new job at a coffee shop, so I was sampling different kinds of coffee and drinks all morning. A lot of caffeine. A lot. I was talking too quickly all afternoon. Plus sampling pastries, probably the equivalent of one or two cookies.

Leftover sushi for lunch. again with the nom nom nom. Water to drink.

Blueberries (about a cup) for a snack.

Veggie dumplings for dinner--stuffed with cabbage, noodles, tofu, carrots and other such things. A cranberry juice and some more water.

Bit of frozen yogurt afterwards.

I need to figure out a way to still snack hard and stay healthy. Crackers. Crackers are the answer.
