Breakfast: ½ cup fat free cottage cheese, ½ cup grapes, ½ cup strawberries
Snack: banana
Lunch: tomatoe, cucumber and cheese in a whole wheat pita, 1 cup cherries
Snack: Chai latte (1 million calories but oh, so good!)
Supper: Chicken breast, 1 pototoe, garden fresh salad, 1 glass of apple juice
Dessert: 1 hagan daas ice cream bar ( a mini – only 200 calories)
Water:4 ½ litres
So, there we are running errands, and my family suggests that we stop at Starbucks for a little treat. How can I turn that down? I am usually the one that suggests treats so it was a nice change that someone else wanted it too. So much for trying to be “good”, I know that it will be easier to resist Starbucks when we are camping in the mountains.
