Day Two: Brady Young




Today was a pretty good day~


Breakfast brown toast and two eggs and cup of coffee


Snack was bananas and whey from booster juice


Lunch Chicken breast and vegetables


Dinner Ham, pork potatoes a couple blue ones and just a bit of coleslaw


Would like to have oatmeal and whey before bed but we will see.


Sometimes its ok to work in the restaurant bussiness if you slow it down and get what you need J
