11:00 - 2 bananas and a tin of sardines
13:00 - loose leaf green tea
15:00 - Brown rice with almonds and a container of raw garden peas
18:30 - Handful of home roasted almonds
19:30 - Falafel (made with chickpeas). I made this into a taco salad type of thing. Falafel, 100% whole wheat pita, tomatoes, feta, lettuce and a yogurt dressing. Yummy, and a good source of protein (the chickpeas)

Again at least 3 liters of water over my day (I know this because I drink out of a 1 liter water bottle all day and fill it up 3 times plus water with supper at home and before bed etc..)
