lunch- grilled veggie (peppers, zucchini, portabello mushrooms and onions) sandwich on ciabatta bread with pesto and goat cheese, best sandwich I've ever made hands down.
snacks throughout the day-handful jelly beans ( darn those things) 2 cookies that Chantal made, handful blueberries and a kashi bar.
dinner- falafel in a whole wheat pita with lettuce, tomato, feta cheese and yogurt herb dressing.
I plan on having herbal tea tonight.
