Dietary restriction: dairy allergy with no tolerance to dairy in any form
Dietary goal: 50% or more of food consumed is raw.
Because of Sifu Brinker's mentioning of how much popcorn he eats, I could not stop thinking of popcorn today. So I happily polished off a medium-sized bowl of popcorn popped (in a Whirley-Popper on the stove) in coconut oil and topped with about a couple of tablespoons (more or less) of dairy-free margarine (just about all margarine contains dairy) and fresh ground sea salt. Oh yeah!!!!
Water consumed throughout the day.
Breakfast:
3 slices of bacon done on a Foreman grill
1 egg over easy
green smoothie with strawberries, bananas and spinach
soymilk latte
Snack:
Green apple slushie
Late Lunch:
1 pepperoni stick
carrot sticks
1 two-bite brownie
Snack:
1 bag of Dakota Style Salt and Pepper Kettle chips Industrial Strength. Yum!
A few sips of Coke
Supper:
Lean hamburger with salsa and spinach
cherries
Coconut-lime cookie (Raw)
Snack while playiing Pigs with Dennis:
8-10 pieces of VERY FRESH Bassetts Licorice. Licorice is not junk food because it does contain vegetable juice, licorice root, and coconut. My story: sticking to it. :)
