Breakfast
- 1 cup of herbal tea
- 3 glasses of water
- a bowl of raisan bran/ granola cereal with milk
- 1/2 a bagel with just peanut butter
Lunch
- small hamburger
- small portion of lasagna
- 1 1/4 cups of steamed vegetables
- 4 glasses of water
- handful of grapes
Supper
- huge garden salad with lemon juice and chicken breast chopped on top
- 4 glasses of water
2 liters of water after supper until bed time
August 5th
Breakfast
- 3 glasses of water
- 1 cup of herbal tea
- 2 english muffins with poached eggs and cheese
- 10 home grown crab apples
Lunch
- chicken sandwich with lettuce and a trace of miracle whip
- hot dog douced with hot sauce
- 5 glasses of water
Supper
- 1 corn on the cob
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 portion of potatoes and carrots with onions
- 1 glass of orange juice
- 3 glasses of water
- 1 cup of vanilla ice cream covered with chopped up pineapple, peaches and oranges.
