Sifu Brinker - Day 5

Busy day, but I had access to good solid food for the most most of it. My breakfast consisted of two cups of yogurt with a banana and blackberries mixed in. My lunch was an organic, locally grown, lettuce salad with radishes and grilled chicken breast mixed in. Yum! And supper was circumvented by popcorn and banana bread. Long story that I do not wish to share.
