11:00 - pineapple
13:00 - loose leaf green tea
15:00 - Brown rice with almonds and a container of raw green beans
19:30 - Homemade chicken nuggets (100% whole wheat breading) a little , Brown rice with carrots, onions, celery and peppers. Cooked green beans
I will have a cup of loose leaf green tea (llgt) after I post and that will be it for today.
At least 3liters of water throughout the day.
I will be quitting coffee soon. Although I feel that I am a responsible coffee user, I am going to night shift soon and I think that my body and brain will have a hard enough time adjusting (then slightly readjusting on days off) then adjusting again for days on without the addition of a stimulant. I don't think this will be that tough since I have done it before and I plan on quitting next week on holidays when I don't need to get up and be on the ball or get moving really fast. I will let you know how it goes.
