Andrea Prince- day 4

breakfast- 2 small coffee, kashi bar, banana
snack-1 stick celery with spreadable goat cheese (so good) 1 can of smoked mussels ( these look like dog food but are actually not bad)
lunch- a bag of rice chips with the spreadable goat cheese again and a handful of jelly beans... a really terrible lunch that I felt crappy after eating. oh yes and piece of turkey pepperoni.
snack- smoothie made with a banana, 5 or 6 strawberries, 2 slices of watermelon a scoop of plain yogurt and orange juice made in my juicer (best orange juice in the world)
dinner- homemade chicken nuggets made with my whole grain ritz crackers (very classy), green beans and brown rice with onions, carrots, celery and peppers.
I plan on having a cup of herbal tea later. I am forgoing the snack since I ate such an awful lunch.
