Breakfast
- 3 glasses of water
- 3/4 cup of granola with 1% milk
- 1 glass of grapefruit juice
- 1 cup of very thin coffee (not anything like a cup from Second Cup)
Lunch
- whole wheat bun with 3 slices of meat, 1 slice of cheese (no margarine or butter or sauce of any kind)
- 2 homemade oatmeal /coconut cookies
- 1 glass of grapefruit juice
- 2 glasses of water
- 1 plum
- 1 cup of cherries
Supper
- 2 hot dogs with buns (ouch...!)
- 2 glasses of water
- rice and vegetables
Evening snack
- air popped popcorn with just a trace of melted butter
August 2nd
Breakfast
- 3 glasses of water
- 1 glass of apple juice
- bowl of raisin bran with 1% milk
- 3 scrambled eggs
- two pieces of rye toast
- 1/3 of an apple
Lunch
- average portion of spagetti and meat sauce
- 1 banana
- 1/2 glass of lemonade/orange juice
- 3 glasses of water
Supper
- homemade potato soup
- garden salad with lemon juice
- 1 white bun
- 2 glasses of water
August 3rd
Breakfast
- 3 glasses of water
- cup of herbal tea
- 2 pieces of rye toast, with just peanut butter (no grease!, meaning butter or anything of that source)
- small bowl of raisin bran/ granola
Lunch
- bowl of tomato noodle soup
- 1 whole wheat bun
- 500m of grape/ cranberry drink
Supper
- 2 small beef burgers, with lettuce tomato
- garden salad with lemon juice
- 2 glasses of water
- ice cream float with a dash of pop
evening
- 3 glasses of water
ie. always drinking water throughout the day, over and above what I have at meal time, between 1-2 liters.
