This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

Sifu Brinker - Day 9
Fell asleep last night before I could post so this is for yesterday.
Breakfast - 250 ml of yogurt with a banana and a handful of grapes mixed in.
Lunch - a whole wheat organic lettuce, chicken, cucumber, and cheese wrap
Supper - chicken wings and pizza bread consumed during a meeting.
