This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

0700 hrs ham, eggs, 2 dry toast 1 with jam (homemade), 2 cups coffee 1300 hrs steak sandwich, salad 2 glass water 1600 -1800 hrs 4 glass of water 2030 hrs chicken wings, 4 glasses ice tea Wow this was a bad day
